What is web hosting?

Web hosting is a place to store your website to let people (your clients) sees it. Your domain name is your address on the Internet

How long will it take for my new domain name to become active?

Domains are registered as soon as you order them; however it can take between 24 and 72 hours for them to become visible on the Internet.

What types of websites are not allowed to be hosted?

Any websites which are illegal, contain copyrighted files (warez), adult content, spamming scripts, web proxies etc.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every time you buy a product from us we will email you an invoice, a hardcopy of the invoice is provided as well.

Can I buy extra storage or bandwidth?

At this time, we have no plans to offer additional storage. However, if you go over your allocated bandwidth you will have to upgrade your hosting plan.

Do you offer webmail access?

Yes all of our hosting plans come with webmail. All of our clients are urged to use a third-party email service, such as Google Apps. You are free; however, you can use webmail.

Can anyone access my data?

No one can access your data without your permissions. Only a user which will have ftp username and password of your account can access your data.

Do you allow warez hosting?

No we strictly not allowed warez hosting.

Do you allow proxy hosing or torrent sites?

No we don’t allow. proxy and torrent sites

Can I access my domain with and without the www?

Yes, you will be able to access your domain with and without the www prefix

Do I have to make my contact details public?

Yes and no. Anything you put as your registration information for your domain name is easily accessible by the public. This is important in case anyone wants to contact you.

Do I have to register a domain name with Fusionweb?

We recommend but not necessary. You can register a domain name with any registrar that you choose. If you want hosting for your domain with us, be sure to edit the DNS information for that domain, making sure it points to our nameservers.

My domain name is registered with you, how will I know when to renew?

You will notified via email when your domain is about to expire (usually 3 months before), which will give you plenty of time to renew it.

What is domain name propagation?

Propagation is the period of time, or delay, involved in sending your domain name's address information to all the various name servers in the world.

Will my domain name be registered under my name?

Yes. You will be paying for the domain, so you will have complete ownership.

How fast will my account be created?

This can take up to 24 hours to setup, but is usually available with the first couple hours after the order is received.

What currency are your fees in?

Indian Rupees (INR).

What is your typical support response time?

The average response time for a technical support ticket is 30 minutes, and the average resolution time is 60 minutes.

What type of payments do you accept?

As of now we accept only cash & cheque payments.

Will my information be shared or resold with any other company?

Never.

Which control panel you provide?

We provide cPanel in Linux hosting.

Can I take backup of from cPanel?

Yes.

Can I upload files through FTP?

Yes you can upload files via ftp.

Can I take my database backup/restore from cPanel ?

Yes

What Operating System you use in linux?

We are providing CentOS with cPanel

Can I use Outlook express or any other pop client to download mail at my local computer?

Yes
